Hosting an Event

Priority for events hosted at Notre Dame London is given to Notre Dame faculty members. Conferences, lecture series, and academic meetings that support our mission are a key part of our yearly events schedule. If you are Notre Dame faculty interested in collaborating on an event that fits these parameters, please submit a proposal at the link below:

Submit a Proposal

Due to a busy academic program, we cannot guarantee that there will be space available. Proposals must be submitted at least 8 weeks before the anticipated event date to allow us enough time to prepare for an event. Please review our facilities information below and consider if they meet your anticipated event needs, particularly in regards to room capacity and services offered. Please note, we cannot accommodate seated dinners.

As collaborative parnters in every event, we will only take on events that fit with Notre Dame London's strategic objectives and academic standards. We encourage Arts and Letters faculty and staff to contact the Academic Conferences Team on main campus for larger events.

For enquiries from strategic partners and non-faculty organizers please contatct londonevents@nd.edu. Due to limitations in space, we cannot guarantee availability.
