Brian draws on his early influences at Notre Dame and his professional experiences in numerous leadership roles at Cleveland Clinic in creating environments in which empathy can thrive and how that culture leads to safe quality patient care. After a 98-year history of putting patients first at Cleveland Clinic, Brian discusses the current journey to build Cleveland Clinic London. In forming a culture of compassionate caregivers, Brian leads Cleveland Clinic London’s efforts to learn and innovate with local and international partners in a journey to transform health and care for the world.
