The Institute of Historical Research and the University of Notre Dame London Global Gateway, in collaboration with the Oxford Centre for Global History present The Triumph of Music in the Modern World by Tim Blanning (Cambridge University).

Professor Blanning edited The Oxford History of Europe and has won broad popular success and important academic prizes for works including The Culture of Power and the Power of Culture, The Pursuit of Glory, and The Triumph of Music.
