Vanesa Miseres retraces the footsteps of travelers between Latin America and Europe

Vanesa Miseres is becoming a regular feature at the London Global Gateway. After receiving a Global Gateway Research Award in 2018, she spent a semester in London researching the connection between European and Latin American history and literature. It was during this visit that she was inspired to create a course on English travelers to South America, entitled “Routes of the Empire," which she returned to teach in summer 2019.
